ABOUT US
Simurg Tasarım was started in 2004. First business was consulting services to Ready-made garment business in many ways. We served various companies throughout Turkey. At 2009, we decided to enter manufacturing side of business as we did for 20 years and chenaged company’s direction.
Our most important value is extreme care to customers’ needs together with our care to the Earth which our home.

HUMAN RIGHTS
For us in Simurg Tasarim, humanism is about being open and seeing people as of equal value, with respect for human rights and an appreciation of diversity. We are open for co-operation with everybody who share same perspectives being open like us. In fact, we jump on new ideas and believe it’s important that everyone has access to development, better life and social and human rights. An important part of our CSR policy is to ensure better working standards and conditions for the employees in our company and our suppliers.

ENVIRONMENT CARE
As part of the textile and fashion industry, we have to have for a broad environmental and ethical approach to business. We are aware of how chemicals are used, both in the growing of cotton and the production. We understand the burden this places on the environment and on farmers and workers. It’s also important to our customers that our products are normally free of harmful chemicals.
We prioritise include finding ways to use natural resources more effectively, increase recycling and improving energy efficiency. Caring for the environment is a master issue for our children. As well as keeping a careful eye on the products and materials, we’re also caring the whole business. We work to reduce least possible CO2 emission in our company.
We have organic cotton products history and experience in making organic cotton products, by the way.

ORGANISATION
Our working methods are based on clear action plans and goals. We have clear and close communication with our customers and suppliers to make operations smooth.

GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS
We respect for human rights, believe everybody have rights for better life;
To show our commitment to the human rights, our basic rules are:

· ·  Payment of at least the minimum wage (Dictated least wage by our labor laws)

PRODUCTS
All our products must address the standards of customers’ needs in terms of quality and safety. These are our guidelines at the sampling stage and throughout the production process. We fulfil the relevant environmental laws and customer requirements to ensure our products are free from toxins. We carry out clear agreements with our sub-manufacturers or material suppliers to avoid the use of inappropriate materials.

Some examples are:

· Heavy metals including cadmium, lead and mercury

· Formaldehyde, antibacterial substances, NFE and dangerous dyes

· Allegenic dyes

· Nickel
